With our software we will can send you a text or email 24 hours prior to our arrival. It takes the guess work out of when we are coming. We know life happens to the best of us, but we do strive to keep our word and show up as scheduled and on time ,while using the same cleaners. Reliable & Consistent Service is what you get when you partner with Clean Space Solutions.

Pay online with a link after each clean or keep a credit card on file. We have options so it’s one less thing to remember. Tipping is optional, but appreciated by our hard working cleaners. All Tips are given to the cleaners.

Communication

We value open and honest communication as that is how we all grow. Our office staff keeps in close communication with each client to ensure they stay completely satisfied with our services. One way we implement this is having our cleaners take before and after pictures at each clean ,along with making notes on the account. We want proof of the detailed work we are doing for you and content for social media. We also communicate when we see you running low on items or we have important news to share from our clean. The office staff is always accessible to answer any questions or address any of your concerns. We are always “Happy To Help”

No contracts required to be our client. If you wanna leave we won’t make you stay. All we ask is you give us a chance to make anything wrong right. We value open and honest feedback even if it’s a hard conversation to have. We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Having a good name and living a life of integrity is one of our core values.

Although we don’t have contracts we do have client policy’s for our clients to adhere by such as our cancelation policy, paying on time, our scope of work etc. You will be emailed our client policies when we email your quote. Once you approve your quote you are agreeing to adhere to our policies.
