How our Janitorial Business Began
Clean Space Solutions is a family-owned and operated commercial cleaning company founded by Zach and Amber Lau. Married for over 21 years, Zach and Amber have built their business with the same core values they’ve instilled in their family—faith, service, integrity, and hard work. What began as Amber’s solo part-time residential cleaning venture over 12 years ago has grown into a thriving professional janitorial and office cleaning business serving local businesses, offices, and commercial facilities across the area.
In 2020, the heightened demand for reliable and flexible cleaning services during the COVID-19 pandemic propelled Clean Space Solutions into a full-time operation. Hiring their first cleaner marked the beginning of a new chapter. Today, in 2025, the company has expanded to include a growing team of 12 professional cleaners, along with dedicated Office and Operations Managers. While Amber leads the daily operations and client relationships, Zach manages the financials, payroll, and strategic planning—combining their strengths to grow a dependable and client-focused janitorial service provider.
As a family-run cleaning company, Zach and Amber’s two daughters have played an active role in the business from the start. Whether assisting with commercial cleaning projects, managing invoicing tasks, or helping produce content for social media, the whole family has embraced the entrepreneurial journey. Their hands-on involvement has helped shape Clean Space Solutions into more than just a cleaning service—it’s a business rooted in family, service, and a passion for excellence. Living out the company motto, “Happy to Help,” the Lau family is proud to provide high-quality, customized commercial cleaning services that reflect their values and commitment to every client they serve.
